Where to start with your table plan
Most modern wedding receptions will include a seating plan to direct guests to their seats. Whether you use table names or numbers, the choice is yours, but having a plan in place before your guests enter the room will mean you can have them all seated within 15 minutes if you wish. Having named seats also means you’ve taken your guests’ requirements into consideration by placing them with people they ideally get on with. It also offers you the chance to get creative with things like favours and offer an extra layer of personalisation – which everyone loves!
“Every now and then, there is a wedding theme that becomes so popular that everyone wants to participate to some degree. More recently, I have seen how the Vintage theme took the wedding industry by storm. We had lace, china cups, birdcages and garden flowers. And lovely it was too!”

Bohemian Beach Wedding
Most brides and grooms don’t start planning the details of their big day until they know the theme and style of wedding that they want. This can be determined, of course, by many factors – such as the time of year in which they plan to marry, the venue they have chosen and the kind of celebration they have always wanted.
